Work you'll do
The Global Business Process team maintains the design and integrity of the end-to-end processes across the global network with a focus on further globalization and standardization. This role will influence and facilitate key stakeholders across the globe to understand business process and define the strategic roadmap for their concerned area.
- Advise and collaborate with business and process area to identify and implement the global roadmap
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the global platforms with the ability to socialize the design and influence decision making
- Facilitate process governance activities, including reviewing process design changes and serving as an escalation point for items related to key requirements of the business
- Develop an effective strategic business partnership with globally dispersed team and clients
- Develop content for presentations and reports, as well as supporting analytic
- Design and facilitate workshops, synthesizing information using analytical frameworks to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems
- Lead adoption of consistent and centralized global processes
- Contribute to the success of the team by ensuring work quality of the highest level

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; undergraduate degree with rigorous analytical and quantitative focus
- 8-12 years overall experience; at least 4 years’ experience from a top tier strategy consulting firm, large Corporate or $1B+ private enterprise
- Excellent business acumen needed across the core talent processes, talent sourcing across various models, and understanding of how resource identification coincides with the pursuit and engagement delivery lifecycles.
- High degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment that requires leveraging influence to solve complex, open-ended issues with varying stakeholder needs
- Ability to synthesize information and business requirements and structure this into meaningful recommendations
- Ability to leverage proven techniques to elicit and analyze client needs; ability to provide key input into solutions that meet and often exceed client needs
- Outstanding research and presentation skills; superior PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering effective business solutions and strategies, frameworks or tools for use at an organization-wide level
Preferred:
- MBA or other relevant Masters degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and collaborate with business leaders
- Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Must have demonstrated progressive growth and increased accountability over time
- Demonstrated experience leading and interacting with virtual teams across multiple time zones and in matrix organization
