Work you'll do
· Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and tools to improve travel experience
· Manage promotions including our elite status card allotments
· Resolve customer service issues that require escalation or special attention
· Support travel category managers with budgets, contracts, presentations and other requests

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree required or equivalent experience working in travel industry with deep knowledge and passion for customer service, large travel programs, and strong supplier network to get things done. Candidate must have relevant work experience in the travel industry preferably with a Corporate Travel Department and/or Travel Management Company
· Can-do approach along with strong and effective writing and communication skills
· Strong problem solver who can respond in a quick, concise, expeditious manner
· Use of analytical skills to identify trends to make improvements to travel experience
· Attention to detail and ability to summarize/communicate ideas to an executive audience
· General knowledge of airlines, rental cars, ground, hotels, TMCs, GDS, and OBTs
· Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours
· Advanced MS Office and other collaborative tools
