Work you'll do

As a Specialist, your duties involve:

  • Working independently and as part of a team with other Deloitte colleagues at all levels
  • Working on multiple assignments and prioritize tasks, proactively raise concerns/questions where appropriate for priority or engagement conflict resolution
  • Interacting with clients on a regular basis through face-to-face meetings, video/teleconferences and email to understand client’s processes and business problems
ServiceNow Support:
  • ServiceNow ITBM module which includes demand and project module
  • Administration of ITBM, request handling
  • Understanding of ServiceNow tables, structures
  • Understanding the catalog items
  • Project management/product management/CMDB/resource management
  • ServiceNow reporting with performance analytics, having knowledge on scripts is an additional advantage
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe projects

Qualifications

Qualifications you bring to this role:

  • A bachelor's degree in Tech in Computer Science / IT /MCA  
  • Two to Four (2-4) years' experience in technology space 
  • Two to Four (2-4) years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a matrixed global environment
  • Proficient MS skills, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, MS SQL.
  • Robust database and reporting skills, Power BI experience
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP system
  • Understanding of various project lifecycle approach (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe)
  • Possess Technical Reporting skills.
