Work you'll do

In this role, you would be a member of the Global Operate team, working with Global businesses (Consulting, Tax & Legal, Cyber) to globalize assets for usage worldwide, specifically focused on engagement. As the Engagement Manager, you will support the delivery and deployment of Global Assets. Executing this role will require frequent coordination and communication with leaders across Global and member firms.


  • Collaborate with businesses, IT teams and global delivery centers to manage adoption of assets being targeted by Global Operate for delivery across geographies
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the Global Operate tasks and activities across multiple assets, including status, release dates, issues/risks, member firm readiness & impact points, and overall adoption status to various stakeholders
  • Partner with Global Operate teams and target geographies to ensure appropriate knowledge sharing, and identify & mitigate roadblocks to success
  • Consult with cross-functional teams in the development, validation, and delivery of materials to support the successful adoption of asset solutions for various audience types (business teams, technical teams and member firm leadership)
  • Manage communication plans, intranet product sites, project tracking, readiness checklists, quick reference guides, FAQs and stakeholder analysis
  • Lead change management materials in partnership with program stakeholders

Who you'll work with:

The Global Operate Team is comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Global Operate’s overall success. Whether focused on sales excellence, delivery transformation, quality and risk management, contracts management, finance and operations, capability build, communications and change management, knowledge management, marketing and market intelligence, or other activities, these professionals ensure that our Firm operates efficiently, and our people can effectively serve clients every day.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional/client services capacity, emphasizing development/management skills in the following areas: communication, change management, documentation or learning
  • Advanced understanding of tools such as O365, SharePoint, Articulate, BrainShark, Adobe Captivate, HTML, Articulate,
  • Advanced writing skills and the ability to synthesize system information and business processes into world class learning, communication, and presentation materials for a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in delivery of client service projects
  • Ability to operate under minimal supervision in a matrix environment
  • Capability to work remote
