As a Global Mac Service Manager within Deloitte Technology Services (DTS), you will manage operational duties, management of third level support queue, standard software patching, deployment, automation and other related activities.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT role required along with specialized knowledge and/or experience in the end user technology environment.
- Preferred experience with MacOS Apple hardware and hands-on expertise.
- Some experience in designing script/package solutions using industry standard tools, scripting software installs and system configurations, packaging software for installation and deployment, testing scripts/packages/software, and using deployment/management systems within an end user environment.
- A specialist in scripting/development/engineering and managing macOS with Jamf technologies in a large enterprise.
Certifications:
- Jamf 200, 300, or 400 certification.
