Work you'll do

The candidate should have proven experience in managing and delivering customer focused operations in security testing services. The candidate will need to have knowledge about cyber security and risk management. 


  • Provide recommendations to the regional leadership team on enhancements that could inform future strategy
  • Provide insight and feedback into operational processes enhancement to improve customer and operational interactions
  • Drive regional customer feedback loops to inform service value propositions


  • Responsible for providing a customer facing interaction point for the services within the Attack surface group
  • Take ownership of developing and deepen client account relationships with key leadership and operational functions
  • Act as an escalation point for customer interface issues and delays in the processing of requests
  • Oversee day to day operational delivery, performance, and career planning for the customer management team in your region who will be supporting the following key areas.
    • Management of customer requests
    • Briefing/training customers on how to engage our services
    • Facilitating as need the project management of active requests
    • Assisting in operational reporting on activity
    • Providing customer account management services
    • Coordination of out of band requests across the ASA group
    • As needed provided technical analysis support to service customer technical needs

Relationship Management

  • Works closely with the technical teams to ensure
    • Effective workflows between operational and technical organizations are efficient
    • Delivery of practical technical exercises are delivered based on customer request
    • An open forum is created for the discussion of potential opportunities
    • Appropriate customer facing documentation in maintained that explains how the service operates
  • Support member firm liaisons with member firm and DTTL management and technical teams to ensure they are consuming all the offered Services within the Risk Management group across the globe and to ensure member firm expectations are being met

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, International Cyber Security, or equivalent education experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience operating in environment delivering to customers and managing operations team members
  • Risk Management – ability to convey technical risks to business managers and executives
  • Managing competing clients and varied business needs
  • Basic understanding of Security Testing Scenarios (SAST, DAST, IAST, Penetration Testing) 
  • Technical Experience conducting or managing delivery of security testing exercises is a plus. 
  • Professional security management certification desired (at least 1 active certification) in the following fields: Service Management (e.g. ITIL Foundation), Project Management, Project Development, Information Security Certifications
  • Ability to effectively communicate all security services within the realm of risk management, convey information security topics, policies and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels
  • Sound knowledge of business management and an expert level of knowledge of infrastructure and application vulnerability assessment
  • Experience interacting, presenting, and working with C-level executives (CISO, CIO, etc.) and lower business management as well as technical management teams
  • Experience with ticketing solutions ServiceNow, JIRA, other 
  • Knowledge of common Security Testing processes and approaches
