Work you'll do

This opportunity requires advanced skills within the ServiceNow platform that enable the individual to deliver a high level of service to meet the expectation from the business.  This role will focus on architecting solutions while ensuring our instance stays aligned to our internal best practices.  The primary focus will be on the ServiceNow Security Operations and Governance, Risk and Compliance suites.

  • In this interesting and diverse role, you’ll work to lead solutions development within an established team across the ServiceNow Platform depending on the business needs.
  • You’ll use or develop skills in many areas including some of the latest ServiceNow modules such as Security Operations, GRC, CMDB, Automation and the platform.
  • As part of a broader ServiceNow team, you will be able to work with many other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and path forwards to collectively deliver global solutions internally within Deloitte.
  • You will have the opportunity to interact with management and leaders in a global environment from multiple countries and varied business areas across our organization.

·Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow

·Minimum 1-3 years of experience in architecture or solution driven position

·Expert knowledge of enterprise grade workflow or compliance t platforms and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on premise solutions

·Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture


·Prior experience in professional services environment or similar

·ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist an asset

·Good understanding of Cybersecurity and/or Compliance processes and approaches

• Understanding of core ServiceNow concepts including utilizing CMDB as an enabler for automation, security and risk processes

• Experience with Configuration Management concepts and its application to an enterprise environment
