Work you'll do
This role focuses on driving the adoption of the Ascend platform by implementing change management strategies, fostering stakeholder relationships, and promoting the platform's value.
- Platform Adoption & Change Management: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive awareness and adoption of the Ascend platform across geos/Member Firms, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement. This includes developing and delivering impactful awareness sessions for senior stakeholders and developing targeted strategies to support Ascend adoption within individual Geos/Member Firms.?
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the three regions, ensuring seamless communication, fostering collaboration, and effectively advocating for enablement priorities. This includes raising awareness of Ascend's value proposition (including Gen AI assets) within Geos/Member Firms.?
- Training & Enablement: Design and lead

Qualifications
- Change Management: Proven ability to guide stakeholders through technology adoption, effectively managing change and ensuring smooth implementation across diverse teams and locations.
- Coaching & Training: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful training programs on the Ascend platform and related methodologies/tools7Gen AI assets, specifically for Geo/Member Firm coaches and project teams. Coaching teams to effectively enhance their skills, drive adoption, and empower success in Member Firms.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication: Demonstrate experience engaging effectively with virtual teams, senior leadership, and diverse stakeholder groups. Proven ability in documentation and knowledge management.Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated skill in developing and executing strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving transformative change in a global environment.
- Proven ability to advise on, lead, and drive successful adoption of complex platform initiatives, ideally with prior exposure to Ascend for Package Technology.Analytical & Problem-Solving Acumen: Sharp analytical skills to assess complex needs, leverage data to make informed decisions, and identify innovative solutions that enhance platform performance.
- Experience with package technologies, particularly SAP / OracleFamiliarity with Ascend method and platform a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, PMC, Octane, PMOne/Smartsheet).Familiarity with estimation, process modelling, and testing tools (e.g., Next Gen, EC, ALM).
- PMP certification.
