Work you'll do

Cloud Infrastructure Management

Design, build, and operate highly available AWS and Azure IaaS/PaaS environments for mission‑critical services. Lead Kubernetes orchestration, implement resilient architecture patterns, and develop disaster‑recovery plans to minimize downtime and protect data integrity.

Scripting and Automation

Develop and maintain automation using Python (basic to intermediate) and PowerShell to provision cloud resources, manage infrastructure, and streamline AI/ML workflows. Deliver repeatable, secure automation that reduces manual effort and speeds time to production.

DevOps Practices

Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and complementary deployment tooling. Champion infrastructure-as-code, release automation, and test-driven deployment practices to increase delivery velocity and reliability.

Monitoring and Reliability

Implement robust observability—instrumentation, metrics, logging, and alerting—to ensure service performance and availability. Define on-call and incident response processes, drive post-incident reviews, and implement corrective actions to strengthen reliability.

Technical Problem-Solving

Perform deep technical analysis of application architectures, infrastructure components, and databases to identify root causes and recommend practical improvements. Turn findings into actionable technical changes that improve stability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

Collaboration and Innovation

Work cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and security teams to align infrastructure with business goals. Proactively challenge the status quo, pilot new technologies, and introduce solutions that measurably improve processes and technical outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Skills- 2 to 5 years

• Cloud platforms: Deep, hands‑on expertise with AWS (required) and practical experience with Azure (preferred), managing IaaS and PaaS services for production, mission‑critical applications.
• Container orchestration: Proven experience deploying, operating, and scaling Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS) in production environments.
• Scripting & automation: Proficient in Python (basic–intermediate) and PowerShell/Bash for automating cloud resource provisioning, infrastructure tasks, and supporting AI/ML workflows.
• Networking & security fundamentals: Strong understanding of DNS, WAF, virtual IPs, load balancing, and SSL/TLS configurations, applied to secure and resilient architectures.
• Monitoring & observability: Hands‑on with monitoring and observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to implement metrics, logging, alerting, and on‑call workflows.
• DevOps, SSDLC & IaC: Solid experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines, applying SSDLC practices, and using Infrastructure‑as‑Code to deliver repeatable, auditable deployments.
• Solution delivery: Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, secure, automated solutions that integrate these technologies to support enterprise‑grade services.

Good-to-Have

• Security tooling & governance: Familiarity with security best practices, code scanning tools, software composition analysis, and open‑source licensing considerations.
• Reliability & operational support: Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, application architecture reviews, and supporting mission‑critical services in production.
• Continuous improvement mindset: A passion for automation, process improvement, and introducing innovations that increase speed, quality, and reliability.
• AI/ML exposure: Experience or exposure to AI/ML projects and cloud‑based data pipelines is a plus.
