Work you'll do

As the Global IAM Sailpoint Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting
• SailPoint IIQ development and implementation
  • Application Onboarding and support
  • Lifecycle Management
  • PAM Integration
  • Account Creation and onboarding
• Vulnerability management (e.g. patching)
• Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)
• Effort estimation & project planning
• Directing development resources assigned
• Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues
• Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving.
• Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
• Cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App teams

Qualifications

Do you possess the following?:

• Analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance/oversight
• Strong communication skills for employees above and below
• Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD)
• Quicklink/Form/Workflow development, delivery, and maintenance
• SCIM API Experience
• Web Services Connector Experience
• Database (JDBC) Connector Experience
• Strong BeanShell/Java
• Certification and Access Review
• Access Request Support
• Experience managing and IT, IAM, or IIQ platform as a supervisor or manager
• Experience with systems, IAM, and infrastructure architecture
• Eligible to meet U.S. Federal security requirements; available for on-call 24x7 support

Deloitte Global is required by local law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role for individuals applying to work in our Cinncinnati, Cleveland, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Rochester and Tampa locations. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is  - for individuals applying to work in these locations.  

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
