Work you'll do

The Deloitte Global Finance Team supports internal clients and Deloitte firms in a business advisor capacity with specific focus on strategic insights and initiatives, collaboration, and financial reporting and analysis.

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team to partner with senior finance leaders and stakeholders across the Deloitte Network, delivering executive-ready analysis, decision support, and high-quality reporting. Beyond day-to-day execution, the right candidate will also look for opportunities to modernize and elevate how we work – leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to drive efficiency, improve quality, and scale impact across Global Finance operations.

A successful candidate brings strong FP&A and communication skills, sound analytical judgement, and a demonstrated track record of driving process improvements. The role requires a highly organized, hands-on approach with operational rigor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities and stringent deadlines.

Executive Reporting, Analysis & Strategic Initiatives:

  • Prepare executive-level financial analysis, presentations, and materials for senior leadership, translating results into clear narratives, key drivers, and decision support.
  • Combine financial analysis with business context to drive ad-hoc analyses and deliver strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Identify issues, diagnose root causes, and develop recommendations for financial performance and process improvements and implementation plans.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen Global Finance operations, with a focus on enhancing decision support and reporting transparency for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Global Fee Management and Reporting:

  • Prepare periodic Global fee reporting reflecting Deloitte firm charges payable to Global, with a focus on accuracy, completeness and transparency.
  • Manage Deloitte firm inquiries with clear supporting documentation and analysis, coordinating across internal stakeholders to resolve questions efficiently.
  • Apply a strategic lens to Global fees by assessing downstream impacts and elevating key insights and risks to senior leaders as appropriate.
  • Leverage AI to enhance Global Fee reporting – driving quality through automated checks and enabling more informed analysis and decision-making.

Partner Compensation:

  • Lead execution of the partner compensation cycle, applying core FP&A competencies, including monthly accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis and resolution.
  • Drive automation and optimization of the partner compensation process – identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve cycle time through AI-enabled tools and process redesign.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues by coordinating across internal teams and Deloitte firm stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation and controls to ensure consistent, audit-ready execution.
