Key responsibilities
• Partner with COE leaders to design and deliver a consistent, contextual people data experience
• Help leaders frame business problems, scope analyses, develop hypotheses, and present concise, decision ready recommendations

• Continuously identify opportunities to increase the People Insights team’s impact and improve delivery
• Partner with the Visier Operations lead and Data Management on ensuring high levels of data privacy and governance is maintained in platforms and solutions.
Key measures of success
• Deliverables directly inform People & Operations decisions and map to clear, measurable outcomes.
• Consistently reliable, trusted analyses produced in partnership with Operational Reporting and Visier Platform Operations.
• Deliver solutions that are focused on sustainable and scalable support for our People stakeholders; including reduced time to insight and improving our people operational processes.
The team
The People Insights team turns workforce data into clear, actionable insights that help leaders make better decisions about talent, performance, and organizational health. We combine analytics, reporting, and people science, using established platforms and governance, to diagnose issues, predict trends, measure outcomes, and drive adoption of data driven solutions across People & Operations.
