Work you'll do

 

The Manager, Data Modernization & Intelligence will be responsible for the operational execution of data modernization and intelligence projects within the communications and collaboration domain. This role will manage the implementation of data governance policies, oversee data analysis and reporting, and ensure the effective utilization of M365 Copilot and other GenAI tools.

They will work closely with the Senior Manager to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and ensure successful project delivery.

 • Manage the implementation of data governance policies and procedures, utilizing MS Purview for hands-on configuration and implementation.

 • Oversee data integration and cleansing processes to ensure data quality and usability.

 • Manage the operational aspects of M365 services, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

 • Lead the implementation and integration of M365 Copilot and other GenAI tools into collaboration workflows.

 • Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators.

 • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

 • Provide technical guidance and support to the data analysis and engineering team.

 • Collaborate with other service areas to ensure alignment and integration of data initiatives.

 • Create and maintain Service Desk KDs.

 • Hands on implementation of GenAI tools.

Qualifications

 


 • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.

 • Minimum 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields, with a focus on communications and collaboration.

 • Experience implementing data governance policies and procedures within the M365 ecosystem.

 • Strong knowledge of MS Purview and its configuration.

 • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

 • Project management experience.

 • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 • Experience with M365 administration.
