Work you'll do
The People Insights team turns workforce data into clear, actionable insights that help leaders make better decisions about talent, performance, and organizational health. We combine analytics, reporting, and people science, using established platforms and governance, to diagnose issues, predict trends, measure outcomes, and drive adoption of data driven solutions across People & Operations.
The Visier Platform Manager is responsible, in partnership with technology and product management, for sustainment and evolution of the people analytics technology platform used by the team and the rest of the organization. As the platform expert within the people insights team, you will partner with your colleagues to deliver people data solutions to internal customers across the People & Operations team, in areas such as Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Engagement.
- Stakeholder coordination: Work hand in hand with People Insights colleagues, product managers, project management, People Data Governance, and Technology teams to prioritize work, escalate issues and ensure alignment across teams.
- Visier Development: Design, develop and maintain Visier People dashboards, data models, dimensions and metrics to deliver actionable HR insights. Work with technology teams on complex solutions as well as security and content access management. Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative solution delivery.
- Adoption and Community Management: Encourage Visier platform usage, including identifying training needs, identifying proof-of-concepts, and participating in the community of practice.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with People Analytics tools, specifically including a combination of the following: Visier, Power BI, Tableau
- Proven experience with at least one Visier implementation, either by deploying Visier as the primary People Analytics platform for an organization or by expanding Visier capabilities through the implementation of new data subjects
- 4+ years of experience serving the HR Domain in areas such as recruiting, attrition, DE&I, compensation and benefits, performance, and/or learning and development
- Experience utilizing Visier to deliver actionable insights
- Experience working in Agile development frameworks, managing sprints, backlogs and iterative delivery.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure accuracy
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
