Work you'll do
Senior Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day management of project activities and must be competent in managing scope, schedule, and quality.
- Exposure to Service Now CMDB, SharePoint administration, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Maintaining the Service Portfolio and Catalog for Deloitte Technology.
- Manage the stakeholder relationship for understanding their process and delivering results
- Collaborate to build Content Management environments (ServiceNow, Sharepoint) for improved communications
- Up-to-date content on websites, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill level
- Developing and performing continuous gap analysis on SharePoint sites to maintain a healthy knowledge space
- Manage work and associated deliverables independently
- Identify, analyze, and drive problems to resolution, handling complex issues simultaneously while effectively communicating across teams
- Effective written and verbal communication as this role involves communication at higher levels of the organization

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in handling IT projects with experience in data analysis, business analytics, services & products performance reporting within a corporate environment.
- Experience in SharePoint site creation, content management with HTML & JavaScript
- ITIL expertise including extensive experience and knowledge of service portfolio management, service level management.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow including Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Portfolio Management and IT Service Management
- Experience in designing custom low-code platforms using Power Apps and developing automated workflows using Power Automate
- Hands-on experience in MS Office Suite tools
- Ability to analyze, understand, and communicate complex ideas across a varied audience
- Ability to broker and/or mediate differing views and needs across stakeholder groups including service consumers and providers
