Work you'll do
The Senior Manager, Technology Procurement (Enterprise & Alliance Relationships - Strategic relationships) leads global category strategy development, sourcing, negotiations and contracting within a group of sub-categories in the Technology Category with a focus on SaaS software, Cloud Service Providers and AI across geographies. You will be responsible for managing and developing a small team of procurement professionals, running multiple concurrent negotiations, and maintaining strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders and Technology Suppliers.
Deliver and maintain Master Category Strategies - Lead one or more master category strategies that drive measurable global cost savings, avoidance or commercial value.
Deliver End‑to‑end sourcing & contracting - Run RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and negotiations to align on contracts that deliver on stated technical and commercial requirements, providing structured financial comparisons and other necessary analyses to arrive at optimal outcomes.
Regular Planning - Participate frequent planning and project rationalization and balancing against delivery capacity
Provide Cross‑functional advisory - Partner with Technology Stakeholders, VMO's, Legal, Risk and Finance as appropriate to navigate internal policies and processes, gather and frame commercial terms, deliver high quality procurement projects and drive cost‑avoidance opportunities.
Provide Team leadership & development - recruit, coach and develop procurement professionals to deliver high value technology sourcing and negotiation projects and category strategies that generate savings, cost avoidance and value for the global and local entities.
Build strategic Supplier partnerships within global technology Suppliers to stay connected to key product and service developments and market shifts
Provide data‑driven recommendations - synthesize market intelligence and convert spend and activity data into clear insights, identifying savings, cost avoidance or optimization opportunities for leadership decision‑making.
Support continuous improvement & enablement of the Global Procurement function - Recommend improvements to processes and tools that can improve project execution and sourcing accuracy
Provide responsive stakeholder support - Provide timely and accurate, project summaries, financial scenario analyses and savings impact summaries to inform a variety of audiences and navigate stakeholders to decisions.
Provide Supplier Relationship Management support for key suppliers - through collaboration with Technology Stakeholders, Global and Member Firm VMO's to elevate supplier performance, manage escalations and ensure value realization
Assist in managing CSAT - Assist global category leadership in managing supplier and internal customer relationships to improve internal client satisfaction

Qualifications
Minimum of eight years with relevant experience in Procurement of Technology and related categories.
Demonstrated experience with relationship building, influencing, and collaboration
Experience in managing teams
Project management experience - drafting, communicating and modifying project plans
Strong understanding of common sourcing templates, tools, and methodologies
Expertise in Technology contract negotiations, undertstasnding contract terms and implications along with strong relationship management skills
Persuasive and convincing communication skills (e.g., proposals, reports, plans) to secure commitment from business leaders
Knowledge of standard Category strategy execution process
Ability to interpret member firm needs, tech landscape, commercial implications as input into the category strategy
Familiarity with business case reviews, complex proposal comparison and TCO evaluation
Strong Powerpoint and Excel proficiency
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
