Work you'll do
Global Audit & Assurance Learning (GAAL) designs, delivers, and measures Audit & Assurance L&D across the DTTL network. The team is distributed across member firms and includes permanent and project-based members.
This role owns the end-to-end strategy and day-to-day operations for resourcing and the associated financial management required for the GAAL team. This leader integrates workforce planning, recruiting and onboarding operations, agile resource deployment and performance management with budgeting and monthly financial management (including monthly reporting, annual accruals and procurement coordination) to ensure the team has the right talent in the right roles at the right time while staying on plan financially and also continuously improving capacity utilization, quality and team member experience.
The role partners closely with GAAL senior leaders and functions as a trusted partner with DTTL A&A Operations, Talent and Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead annual workforce planning by driving senior leadership to address global organizational optimization and talent policies.
- Partner with DTTL Talent to execute annual workforce plan, including recruiting priorities, job descriptions and interview processes.
- Lead team member onboarding including maintenance and execution of program that drives consistency and accelerates time to productivity.
- Lead and drive team to optimize the use of resources leveraging resource management technology that supports skills based assignments, development goals, availability and constraints while maintaining sustainable workloads.
- Serve as the primary resourcing advisory to GAAL senior leadership.
- Promote partnership among various stakeholder groups including DTTL Operations, Talent, and member firm leadership.
- Lead and develop the resourcing team by setting goals, coaching performance and building a high service, high accountability culture.
- Lead annual budgeting process by driving senior leadership in decision making relating to resourcing needs and discretionary spending.
- Partner with DTTL Finance to coordinate monthly activities ensuring timely and accurate reporting of discrepancies identified.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing infrastructure to identify data-driven insights relating to business priorities leveraging automation, standardization and tool adoption.
- Lead annual accrual management process in coordination with DTTL Finance.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive A&A learning strategy translating strategic priorities into an executable plan.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience with resourcing, workforce planning, operations, finance, or program leadership within a global or matrixed environment
- Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end resourcing and workforce planning, including onboarding, performance management, and capacity optimization
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams (Operations, Talent, Finance, Procurement)
- Experience leading and developing teams in a global, virtual environment
- Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and a continuous improvement orientation
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
