Work you'll do
Engaging, developing, and retaining talent is a game changer in today’s competitive talent landscape – and is a top priority for Deloitte Global. This role will partner across the Leadership and Career Development portfolio, the DTTL People team and broader Deloitte network to support delivery of talent development programs that create measurable and lasting results. You’ll be charged with supporting the delivery of the curriculum for our career acceleration programs including, but not limited to: career milestone programs, leadership development experience programs, skill development programs, onboarding, and more. You will also support the team in measuring program effectiveness, implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies, refreshing existing programs, and innovating to deliver new programs that meet the dynamic needs of Deloitte Global
Responsibilities will include:
Talent development program delivery
- Support the delivery and evaluation of talent development programs, including but not limited to: career milestone programs, leadership development experience programs, skill development programs, onboarding experiences, etc.
- Support the project management of programs end-to-end, including project plan creation, execution, and tracking of desired outcomes and results. Execute and manage specific tasks aligned to the program delivery project plan.
- Implement talent development interventions, tools, and assessments as required to achieve desired program outcomes.
- Support program logistics and coordination in a hybrid format for virtual and live delivery.
- Leverage technology to support programming for front-end user experience and back-end operational efficiencies, including registration websites and eligibility technologies.
- Partner with the learning operations team to implement and execute logistical plans to support program delivery, including program nominations and eligibility processes, program reporting, and survey feedback analysis.
Relationship management & communications
- Develop relationships and partner closely with the Leadership & Career Development Portfolio team, members of the Deloitte Global People team, L&D teams across the broader Deloitte network and additional cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to a communication strategy to support the overall delivery plan for each program.
- Execute on program communications for all programs including drafting PowerPoint briefings, stakeholder emails, program website content, and more.
- Serve as a point of contact for program-related queries from internal stakeholders/partners and vendor partnerships.
Facilitation & Project Meeting Support
- Facilitate virtual and live, in-person learning sessions as part of the yearly development curriculum and onboarding program.
- Support virtual and in-person training delivery and facilitation needs related to programs.
- Support team leader in delivery of “train the trainer” sessions to upskill and empower other leaders to facilitate and/or play key roles in programs such as: program faculty advisors, coaches, sponsors, etc.
- Facilitate project team meetings with the learning operations team, ensuring project tasks are on track to support program delivery.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design or related field preferred
Years of Experience: 5+ years of program delivery support, facilitation, design and development in talent development, learning or related field
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in learning and development program delivery best practices and industry trends
- Demonstrated experience facilitating virtual and live, in-person sessions.
- Proven ability to execute delivery plans for large-scale programs with high visibility
- Strong relationship management skills; able to think strategically and execute flawlessly
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to identify, recommend, and collaborate with team members on process improvements and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong business writing skills required
- High degree of confidentiality, exercising care in addressing issues
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment; juggle competing demands, fast-paced, self-directed, agile, and comfortable working autonomously
- Exhibits cross-cultural sensitivity
- Affinity towards working in a continually evolving and often ambiguous environment requiring ingenuity, innovation, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial attitude

- Ability to work autonomously, with critical understanding of when to escalate matters for leadership approval
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and Project)
Preferred:
- Advanced ability working with stakeholders and leaders in a virtual and in-person environment
- Change management and process improvement experience is a plus
- Working with global, virtual and offshore teams is a plus as is experience working directly with internal/external clients
- Working knowledge of learning management systems and other learning technologies is a plus
- Prior consulting or professional services experience desired
- Proficiency with SharePoint and website design and maintenance
- Advanced experience creating compelling data visualizations
