Work you'll do

 

In this role, you will be working with Global Risk Management team to help develop, implement and enhance risk management processes and their related assessments as well as help coordinate, facilitate, provide oversight and monitoring of significant matters that can have the potential to impact the Deloitte brand. You will also provide support on strategic risk projects, working with various Global and member firm quality and risk management stakeholders across the network.

 

Specific responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Help facilitate the development and enhancements to Deloitte’s risk management programs and related assessments 
  • Support the identification and dissemination of risk management practices across the network
  • Provide support and help coordinate the management of member firm matters
  • Oversee and perform follow-ups on member firm matters to help prepare status reports for relevant leadership bodies
  • Ongoing enhancements to existing risk management frameworks and playbooks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Global Risk & Brand Protection protects, preserves and enhances the Deloitte brand. We navigate the dynamic risk landscape across the areas of risk management, confidentiality & privacy, cyber security oversight, regulatory, independence & conflicts, and Anti-Corruption/financial crimes. We foster trusting relationships across the Deloitte network through collaboration, facilitation and responsive guidance.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of Business and Artificial Intelligence Tools (Power Bi, Tableau, CoPilot)
  • Ability to frame, evaluate and address complex issues quickly
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive leadership information with utmost confidentiality
  • Ability to work productively both independently and/or remotely as well as in a virtual team environment

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or another business-related field. Specialization in Risk Management degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in either one of the following areas
    • Professional services organization in the areas of risk management, risk resiliency, crisis management, incident response
    • Program/Project Management Office
