Work you'll do

• Strategic Planning
  • Develop a strategic vision for projects that aligns with the overall business goals and mission
  • Perform market and internal research to quickly get up-to-speed on relevant strategic topics
  • Develop approach for and operationalize strategic operations projects on behalf of Deloitte Technology's COO and CIO
  • Define and measure success in business and customer terms, focusing on tangible value 
• Project execution and Management
  • Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion
  • Break down complex projects into manageable phases with clear deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Executive Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Facilitate buy-in on approaches and regular status/progress updates
• Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges
